The International Social Responsibility Council announced the selection of the Secretary-General of the International Forum for Development Organizations, Mr. Maamoun Al-Ashqar, among the “Top 100 Sustainability Champions” in the Middle East and North Africa for 2024, in recognition of his contributions to sustainable development and his efforts in strengthening the impact of institutional development work.
This recognition represents an acknowledgment of Mr. Maamoun Al-Ashqar’s efforts in supporting development initiatives, building effective partnerships, and promoting sustainability and institutional development concepts, contributing to empowering development organizations and expanding their positive impact within the communities they serve.
This achievement serves as motivation to continue promoting sustainable development principles and strengthening the role of development organizations in addressing economic and social challenges, while building more stable and sustainable operational models over the long term.
